Company Background
Ironbark Balanced Income Limited (IBC) was originally listed on the ASX in March 1987 as BT Australian Equity Management Limited.
In 2003, Kaplan Funds Management (KFM) was appointed as investment manager and the name was changed to Ironbark Capital Limited. The company name changed to Ironbark Balanced Income Limited in 2025 to reflect the portfolio’s income qualities.
As at 30 June 2026, IBC was capitalised on the ASX at $42.7 million with issued capital of 100.5 million ordinary shares.
