Rob Lord

Rob Lord is the regional director of Oceania for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics AS, a global shipping and logistics company specialising in the movement of vehicles and heavy and specialised cargo such as mining and construction equipment, rail cars and power generators.

Prior to that, he was the managing director and chief executive of Gloucester Coal, a successful ASX 200 public-listed company specialising in coal mining and marketing. Mr Lord also worked in the pulp and paper industry for many years, and was executive vice president responsible for the Australasian operations of Norwegian-based Norske Skog. He was also non- executive director of ASX listed Bathurst Resources.

Rob Lord holds the position of Royal Norwegian Consulate- General (NSW) and was appointed the Honorary Consul-General of Norway in 2015.

Sam Kaplan

Mr Kaplan is managing director of KFM, the investment manager of Ironbark Balanced Income Limited. KFM manages in excess of $1 billion of funds for wholesale clients and was the investment manager of Qube Logistics from its foundation in 2006 until its restructure in 2011.  Mr Kaplan is an experienced board member and is currently the non-executive Deputy Chairman of Qube Holdings Limited, and director of Maritime Super and member of the investment committee of Maritime Super.

Mr Kaplan was one of the founders of Patrick Corporation Limited and was involved in strategic planning with the company.  During his tenure at Patrick Corporation Limited, Mr Kaplan was involved in a number of acquisitions including Pacific National and Virgin Blue.

Neal Hornsby

Mr Hornsby has over 30 years’ experience in finance and risk management. Mr Hornsby is founder of DRisk Consulting Pty Limited which provides consulting services in risk management and compliance to various fund managers. He is co-founder and Executive Director of AVALONfs Pty Limited, which provides licensing services to Financial Advisers, and is Executive Director of PacReef Asset Management Pty Limited.

Natalie Climo (COMPANY SECRETARY)

Natalie has 15 years-experience working in the corporate sector, previously as an in-house lawyer and more recently as a Company Secretary for a portfolio of ASX listed companies. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and has extensive experience in corporate governance and board advisory of ASX listed and unlisted companies. She currently acts as company secretary to a number ASX-listed companies.
